News from Vienna and Karlsruhe

In mid-November Mathilde and Ninja came to Berlin from Vienna and Karlsruhe for their first visit. We met in a café around the corner and they told us about the first weeks at their academies and how they felt there, in the new city. For us these are very nice snapshots, where we can keep in touch with our alumni of the VON ERLENBACH KUNSTSCHULE and get the latest news about the different academies.

Haus am Waldsee_Tobias Rehberger

Since its renovation, the Haus am Waldsee has once again shown interesting exhibitions. We liked the paper bulldog of the Tobias Rehbergers exhibition with works on paper. A visit is worthwhile.

Exhibition at gallery Crone: Zwei Alter: Jung

The gallery Crone shows works in dialogue. Works of older artists are exhibited, which were developed by these at the age of 27-35 years. And these will be juxtaposed with works by artists who are now between 27 and 35 years old. This is an exciting dialogue and the rooms are worth seeing anyway.

YE is coming for a visit

Last weekend YE came to visit us. She has been studying for a year in Karlsruhe in the class of Marcel van Eden. We were very happy to see her.She visited Berlin for the first time since she started her studies. Everything sounds very positive for her development and her work (unfortunately only on mobile phones) showed a very nice development.

Aiko and the nothingness

Since her time at the VON ERLENBACH KUNSTSCHULE, Aiko has been working on a very distinctive theme: the nothingness.
We visited her exhibition in Potsdamer Straße with her art colleagues and once again saw a wonderful work. Now she soon finishes her studies of sculpture at the KHB Weißensee and we are curious what comes next. Good luck!!!.
