If we had more people like Navot the price would be that we all had stomach pains, so much as to laugh with him. It was pure joy with him in any way, even if we did have to bring him back to concentration. We made a short interview with him that you will find on our Youtube-channel

His concern to study architecture has consistently been showed not only in the numerous sketchbooks, but also in his portfolio. And yet he also showed not one-dimensional, but he always found a position in the various exercises, a point where he could transfer the task to an individual work .

We knew about the fact that there is a musuem of Juan Miro in Barcelona. We have visited it several times. That you`ll find a even larger fundaciòn in Palma, on the balearic island Mallorca, was fairly new. So we were impressed about the large scale of works, about the amazing architecture and, above all, about the studios you will find here. They look like the artist just went away for a coffee and the atmosphere is a really good one.

Jule is a very quiet, very special person. You could see it even in her first early works she made at our Art School. Portraits in charcoal, which dived formally in the background, disappeared in fog and only dimly emerged. The work took time and Jule worked constantly and focused and developed her own technology successively. Despite the dark, gloomy work, or perhaps because of, her art work radiated from an uncommon individuality.
It made us much joy to observe and to accompany her in this development and we were pleased with her when she was accepted at the University of Arts (UdK) with her first application and we hope for her and wish her, that she will be well accompanied in her further studies.

Charlotte made a lot of different experiences living in abroad for an amount of time. She arrived from Israel when she came to us to join the portfolio preparation in the VON ERLENBACH KUNSTSCHULE. Related to her experiences she made, she was interested to leave the conservative structures of drawing and painting, extending the artistic fields in performative arts, video and photography to give her ideas, that were mostly also forms of political statements the right Expression. At the end of her time at our Art School, she offered a diversified portfolio at several Academies and succeeded for Fine Arts at the HFBK Hamburg and Art Education at the Burg Giebichenstein in Halle.
It dosen`t matter where she starts, we wish her all the best for the beginning studies in October and share her happiness to start with other participants from the portfolio preparation in her semester.

There is something wonderful with traveling. It is that we meet a lot of people, mostly former participants from our Art School and therefore it is always the combination of exploring new places and coming together with friends.
This time we met Bea in her new home in Barcelona and we were really excited to see her. Now she is working as a freelance illustrator and she is doing very well.
Years ago she came to Berlin for an internship at our art association art aspects, where she made a good job. Until then we stay in contact and keep connected where ever it is possible.
You will find her work on her website here: Beas Website

Besides our conversations about art stuff, she showed us fantastic bars and restaurants nearby with typical catalan specialities. Que aproveche!
